沖縄の香り＜月桃（げっとう）＞
月桃（げっとう）は、沖縄をはじめとする南西諸島で親しまれているショウガ科の植物です。細長い葉からは華やかで優しい香りが漂います。

沖縄では昔から、月桃の葉を使って餅を包む「ムーチー」に使われたり、最近ではそのリラックス効果が注目され、お茶やアロマオイル、スキンケア製品などにも利用されています。









沖縄を代表する柑橘＜シークヮーサー＞
シークヮーサーは沖縄を代表する柑橘で、何よりの魅力はその香りです。青切りの果皮からは、すっきりとした爽快感とほんのりとした苦みを含んだ特長的な香りが広がります。
酸味のある果汁とともに、料理や飲み物に清涼感を加えてくれる、香り豊かな果実として沖縄で昔から親しまれています。








沖縄のシナモン＜カラキ＞
「カラキ」は沖縄に自生しているシナモンの仲間で、オキナワニッケイという植物です。葉や根からはシナモンに似た良い香りがします。
オリオン沖縄香るクラフトジンでは、自然が豊かな沖縄本島北部“ヤンバル”に位置する「大宜味村（おおぎみ）」で生産されたカラキを使用しています。
























沖縄香るクラフトジンソーダに使用している「ジン」は、沖縄の素材をお酒に漬け込んで作る「浸漬ジン（コンパウンドジン）」を使用。この商品のためだけのオリジナルレシピで製造しています。

浸漬ジン製法によってできたジンを使用することで、香りだけではなく植物素材の風味まで感じられる、複層的な味わいのジンソーダに仕上げました。蒸留ジンでつくる一般的なジンソーダとはちがい、液色が淡い黄色をしているのもこだわりの証拠です。






沖縄県産の厳選した植物原料を使用しています。画像は乾燥させた月桃の葉（原料の一部）

ジンソーダの原料となるジンは、グループ会社「石川酒造場」のマスターブレンダーによる品質チェックを経て完成します。

植物素材を浸漬したお酒。植物の成分が抽出されて綺麗な琥珀色をしています。













甘くなく、香りもほどよい強さなので、食事との相性も抜群です。
沖縄素材の爽やかな香りで、肉料理や白身魚を使った料理によく合います。

沖縄のハーブ・柑橘の香りを繊細に楽しめる 食事と合わせるのに向いてるジンソーダです。香り シークァサーと月桃の爽やかな香りの後にカラキの甘い香りをほのかに感じます。ドライな口当たりでシークァサーと月桃の繊細な味わいを楽しめます。



【おすすめの飲み方】
おすすめの飲み方はスパークリングワインと同じくらいの温度の６～８度ぐらいに 冷やして、香りを楽しめるようにワイングラスに注いで、温度変化での香りの変化を 楽しみながら、お食事と一緒に食中酒としての飲用がお勧めです。
